How can I place an order at  CRYSTALBASKET?

1. Visit us on visit  and select the items you like by clicking on the item, selecting your preferred quantity and finally clicking on “Add to Bag”
2. Choose between “continue shopping”, if you would like to add more items or, “Proceed to checkout” if you are done shopping.
3. If you are a new customer, register with your contact details.
4. Choose your desired payment method, confirm the order, and click on checkout.

Why login and what does it mean?
It is very important for you to have an account and login in order to have full access at www.crystalbasket.ae  For convenience and security reasons, we need to know your account details in order to allow you to shop with us. If you still do not have an account, please do register

Do you have a showroom? Where is your store?
We do not have a physical store as we are an online shopping website. We offer fast and free delivery to your home or office. If you do not like the product or it does not fit, we will pick it up for free. Avoid the crowds at the malls and shop from your desk or home!

Can I come and try on the items before I buy ?

 www.crystalbasket.ae  is an online shopping website. All of our items are stored in a warehouse that is not open to customers. We offer a much simpler solution: Everything you see on our website can be bought and delivered to your doorstep free of charge. In case you don't like your item or it doesn't fit, you can exchange it or order a new item within 14 days.


What is the return notice period?
We provide our customers with a 14-day notice period of returns. Please note that the items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.

How long does a return or exchange refund take?
The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better! Our COURIER COMPANY team will arrive within 2 working days to your doorstep to pick-up the item. A refund coupon will directly be sent to you afterwards.


Is your CRYSTALBASKETS website trusted for online payments?
We actually use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party. How can I return an item?
At CRYSTALBASKET, we are proud to offer a hassle free return/exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from CRYSTALBASKET, please contact the customer service team via the Contact Us form to initiate and schedule the return process. Once we've heard from you, we will then inform COURIER COMPANY to collect your order from you. We won’t keep you waiting! We will directly issue you a refund coupon which is redeemable on our website for the price of the item that you returned. You can use that coupon to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like!
For GCC customers:

To exchange an item, first contact an email to info@CRYSTALBASKET.ae

Courier will collect your exchange from you. Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use.

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?
At CRYSTALBASKET , the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please send us a request through theContact Us form and we will take care of everything!

However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.  ONLY FOR UAE CUSTOMERS.
PayPal
We at CRYSTALBASKET  are proud to offer PayPal as a method of payment! All you have to do is select PayPal as a payment method (after filling in your customer information) and proceed to 'BUY NOW.' You will be redirected to your PayPal account where all your debit or credit card details and address will be displayed, as well as your desired purchase. When you click "Pay Now" the amount will be sent to CRYSTALBASKET . If you do not click "Pay Now" within 30 minutes your order will be cancelled.

How can I search for a product at CRYSTALBASKET
Just enter what you are looking for in our powerful search bar on the top right of the page, and it will give you all the relevant products corresponding to your query. We offer you the possibility to further refine your search through the advanced search bar on the left that appears with your search results. Using advanced search, you can further choose category, brand, color, price and size as more specific search criteria.. All of our products are sourced from authorized distributors and are premier quality.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can exceptionally run out of stock. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it.

What if I don’t like my order? What if it doesn’t fit?
At  CRYSTALBASKET we have a 14 days return policy. As long as the products are still in saleable condition, and it is within 14 days of delivery, you can exchange your order or return it for a voucher.

To request an exchange or refund, please contact the customer support team via e-mail at info@crystalbasket.ae to schedule the pick up. Once we receive the returned item, we can issue the return voucher code to be used in purchasing replacements.

What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?
We at  CRYSTALBASKET   take extra care to ensure that you receive what you ordered. However, in case of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact our customer service team via the Contact Us form to initiate and schedule the return process. Once our agent picks-up the item from you, we will issue and send you the return  coupon code to be used in purchasing replacements.

Where do you deliver to?
We  deliver across the entire GCC (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman) through our shipping partner . Items purchased will be delivered right at your doorstep whether at your home or in the office. WORLWIDE shipping also accepted.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

To check exactly how long your item will take, the delivery date is on the product page. Orders placed by 10am ship the following day. Most CRYSTALBASKET  customers in the UAE receive their orders within 2-3 working days of placing them, and customers in the rest of the GCC receive their orders in 6-9 working days. Worldwide shipping can take aproximately 20-25 days

How can I track my order?
If your order has taken longer than the expected timeframe to arrive, please contact the customer support team via the Contact Us form and we will be happy to assist you.

What if the item I received was damaged?
At  CRYSTALBASKET  we always take extra care in packaging your items, however, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via the Contact Us and will schedule a pick-up of the item and immediately issue you a voucher to place a new order.

Can I place an order outside the GCC?
Yes. we shipping worlwide.

How can I change my delivery address?
Please fill in the  Contact us  form to notify us of your correct address. Also note that courier company will call you prior to delivery and you will have a chance to confirm your shipping address to them or change it at that time.
